France is a popular destination for millions of visitors every year. Since the 1990’s it has gradually become the first world destination for tourism. Though many visitors merely transit through the country (on their way to Spain or Italy) most do chose it as a the destination of their holidays, not to mention the French who chose to stay in France during their breaks.
